The biggest indicator of successful therapy, regardless of modality, is the therapeutic relationship.
The relationship formed between you and me as a client and therapist is unique; this is the therapeutic relationship, or therapeutic alliance. It’s a relationship where you are able to speak your thoughts and feelings to an impartial other, without judgement in an empathic environment. It is not my role as a therapist to give you advice, or tell you what to do. I will help you navigate your own mind.

I work both long and short term. I ask that you commit to the same day and time each week, however the duration of therapy is not fixed.
